Objective(s): To carry out a geotechnical survey; and to add to our understanding of the geotechnical properties of the overburden.
Project Description: The researcher will conduct a geotechnical survey of the area. Components of this survey will include shallow geological drilling, geophysical downholde logging, geophysical electrical sounding and a snow depth transect. A crew will transverse the area by foot and skidoo.
