Objectif(s): To produce a geological map of an area with potential for diamond and precious or base metal deposits; to identify and document mineral occurences; to increase the geological knowledge and database in the NWT; and to stimulate industry exploration in the area.
Description du projet: The researchers will examine, document and sample surface outcrops in the study area. The information will be recorded on a map which will summarize the geological rock-types and mineral resources of the area.
