Objective(s): To continue the work on the fossil plants of the High Arctic; to assemble an extensive collection of fossil plants throughout western and northern Canada as this area is proving to be very important to our understanding of northern temperate flora
Project Description: Dr. Basinger is continuing to investigate and collect the fossils that remain of the tropical forest that once grew in the High Arctic.
