Objective(s): The objective of the proposed baseline program is to further establish baseline environmental conditions pertaining to air, water, aquatic organisms and wildlife resources. Information gathered during the field sampling will build on existing information and will be used to establish the background environmental conditions for comparison with monitoring data to be collected in the future. The north lake survey will establish baseline conditions in the area north of Snap Lake and data will be used to confirm predictions made in the environmental assessment.
