Objectif(s): Fortune Minerals is considering an expanded exploration program on the NICO property. This program will require environmental baseline surveys to augment existing information on species and habitat in the area to optimize current environmental impact mitigation and to support future permit applications. The scope of environmental studies will include wildlife and wildlife habitat and vegetation surveys. Several visits by field staff and assistants will be made during the spring, summer, and fall of 2004. Equipment will be limited to standard field measuring and surveying equipment such as GPS units, helicopters, and snowmobiles.
