Objective(s): to observe the direction of ice sheet flow over SE Baffin Island with particular attention on the interaction between Labradorean ice flowing across Hudson Strait, and Foxe Basis derived ice flowing out of Frobisher Bay
Project Description: Dr. Gifford Miller and his research team intend to travel to the north shore of the outer portion of Frobisher Bay and concentrate their observations on the direction of the ice sheet flow over SE Baffin Island. They will assess sea levels and ice flow in the area of Loks Land to Gold Cove.
