Objective(s): to determine whether major rearing/overwintering of juvenile Arctic cisco from the Mackenzie River occurs east of the Mackenzie Delta; to identify specific areas to the east of the Mackenzie Delta that may be critical to the maintenance of cisco stocks; to quantify the significance of such eastern locations to the Mackenzie River populations.

Project Description: The researchers will set trapnets in Wood Bay, near the mouth of the Anderson River, in order to monitor the seasonal movements of Arctic cisco.
