Project Description: The objectives of this third and final phase of the research are to share research findings with community stakeholders and community members. In doing so, feedback received will be used to validate findings and also provide a means of further engaging with community stakeholders. Research findings will be presented in the form of public presentations and individual presentations to various associations. Once these presentations have been made, a copy of findings will be provided in the form of a short report and brochure. Feed-back provided by community members may result in the findings being translated into local languages. Further dissemination and sharing of research is subject to the feed-back of community members. The purpose of this component of the research is to share and "triangulate" findings. Educational and economic benefits are directly linked to research findings as the research involves training to employment programs. As the above information has described a series of community visits and presentations are planned and are subject to feed-back of participating stakeholder groups. Thereafter, presentation at other northern venues (speaker series, northern conference in Yellowknife, etc.) will be sought. The fieldwork for this study will be conducted from July 5, 2012 to September 30, 2012.
