Objective(s): This project is part of the requirements of a Master of Education program at the University of Aberdeen and will a) provide information to enhance the delivery of programs and potentially increase the success rate in Community Learning Centres; b) support community adult educators in the identification of prospective successful students and c) enable Aurora College to better direct professional development projects. The aim of the research is to develop a profile of successful adult students through an examination of data collected from the Community Learning Centre at Thebacha Campus and through interviews with students and educators.
