Objective(s): To collect observations and measurements of surface forms and surface processes during snow-melt.

Project Description: The researchers will continue their study, initiated in 1990, on the geological and hydrological processes which contribute to valley formation in the subarctic and arctic. Data will be collected on various aspects of water runoff and sediment content. This data, along with long-term environmental data collected by Environment Canada, will contribute to our knowledge about valley formation.
