Objective(s): To produce 1:50,000 geology maps covering the Avialik River volcanic belt.
Project Description: Rocks of the Avialik River volcanic belt host several base and precious metal showings including gold, silver, copper, zinc and lead. The mapping project will provide mineral exploration companies with a better understanding of the size and distribution of these showings.
