Objective(s): To investigate Inuit complaints against the Government of Canada about their treatment with respect to the nature of promises made, the reasons for those promises and how they were carried out;

Project Description: The Researcher will interview as many community members with direct recollections or with useful oral contributions of recollections from their friends and families; do a search of relevant government and other documents and of research done by other researchers; write a report summarizing the findings; make appropriate recommendations to the parties concerned.
