Objectif(s): To obtain a community profile and its recent evolution in terms of population, settlement facilities and local services; to gain a better understanding of social relationships between the community of Sanikiluaq and Kuujjuarapik (Great Whale).
Description du projet: The Researchers will conduct a community profile and gain a better understanding of social relationships between Sanikiluaq and Kuujjuarakik (Great Whale). This study is related to the Grande Baleine (Great Whale) complex. Objectives of the larger study are to identify and evaluate social impacts of the Grand Baleine complex on related communities and to propose mitigation and monitoring measures of possible community impacts.
