Objectif(s): To observe the EATEP ina ction and interview participants of the program, including staff and students. Consent to participate in the interview will be obtained by the researcher after a full explanation of the objectives and an assurance of maintaining confidentiality. Questions will focus on 1)curriculum dev. 2)lang. training 3)pedagogy; & 4)structural set up of the system. This program will be compared with the Kativik Teacher Training Prog. in Northern Quebec. The draft report will be sent to EATEP for their comments prior to the final report being written.
