Objectif(s): To undertake a study to determine the acceptability of locally grown tundra plants and southern vegetables as part of the local residents' diet. Samples of seeds, plants, peat moss, beach sand and lake bottom sediments will be collected for future analysis and comparison with southern counterparts.
