Objectif(s): To complete a PhD. dissertation in Sociology; to use archival materials stored in Cambridge Bay, Yellowknife or Fort Smith; to interview government employees involved with Arctic College and the Department of Advanced Education; to document the history of adult education in the Kitikmeot; to analyse how those activities are linked with processes of social change.
