Objectif(s): The researcher wishes to survey, via questionnaire, teachers who are currently working in the N.W.T. Selected teachers, who consent, will be interviewed as well. The focus of this proposed research is to measure levels of job satisfaction/dissatisfaction.
Description du projet: This research will be conducted in the hope of creating some insight into how to improve or maintain levels of job satisfaction.
