Objectif(s): To describe quaternary geology and periglacial geomorphology of Banks Island to help interpret former permafrost environments in the United Kingdom
Description du projet: Dr. Worsley is coming from England with his research associates to continue his studies of how the rocks, landscape, and permafrost of Banks Island have changed in the last million years. He is interested in using this information to try to determine what conditions where like in England long ago.
