Objectif(s): To assess the new coverage output by Yellowknife news publications as it pertains to Indigenous peoples and stories.
Description du projet: This licence has been issued for the scientific research application No. 5642. To assess the new coverage output by Yellowknife news publications as it pertains to Indigenous peoples and stories. Every second week (2 weeks each month for 3 threes months) the research team will read every story published by an outlet every day for 7 days to track what the topics are being reported and by which publications. The findings of this research will be published as a final report on our website (njti.ca) and included within our internal reporting to our stakeholders. It may also be shared on our social media platforms. The fieldwork for this study will be conducted from: October 22 - December 31, 2023
