Objectif(s): to make an initial assessment of the diets of families in one settlement, Sanikiluaq; to measure the concentrations of selected contaminants in the foods which our survey finds prevalent in local consumption patterns;

Description du projet: The researcher will survey approximately 25 families weekly by using an interview/survey format to collect quantitative data. Participation will be entirely voluntary and all results of the study will be communicated to the community.
