Project Description: Ms. Leena Evic Twerdin will assess the training needs of Inuit Cultural Instructors based on her knowledge of the program and information she has gathered by interviewing the instructors at their July summer course in Iqaluit. She will assess the present situation, the courses they have taken, the work they have accomplished, and what further training they may require.
