Project Description: Dr. Clancy is part of a group of researchers investigating the process of devolution and its impact upon constitutional development in the North. His case study involves wildlife and fisheries management in the NWT. He is interviewing various members of the relevant management agencies and those involved in aboriginal claims to investigate how the structure of wildlife management may change in the future.
