Objective(s): To carry out a study of the structure, behaviour and origin of the Ward Hunt Ice Shelf. To carry out a snowmobile ground truth survey of the landfast sea ice between the mouth of Nansen Sound and Clements Markham Inlet. Ice cores will be taken, aerial photography and radar flights will be used.
