Project Description: This licence has been issued for the scientific research application No. 5670. The main objective of this research project is to assess the site and develop and cost a remedial action plan. Data gap assessment will be undertaken, wherein the research team will identify any data gaps in the previous work completed to date. The team will then prepare a sampling plan to be completed in the summer of 2023. Following that, the research team will identify remedial options and rank them according to suitability. The team will complete stakeholder engagement to discuss potential remedial approaches. Following the incorporation of feedback from stakeholders, a remedial action plan will be developed and costed. Stakeholder engagement is baked into the requirements of this plan. There will be engagement sessions with First Nations groups as required. The fieldwork for this study will be conducted from: July 04 - December 31, 2023
