Project Description: Follow-up on exploration activity associated with MVLWB land use permit MV2014C0005 on Terrax Minerals Inc. City of Yellowknife Gold Project. Work would include initial environmental baseline work, and expansion of research programs to establish sufficient study for possible future Environmental Impact Assessment of potential mine development if exploration activities are successful. Work will be initiated with a request for proposals from professional environmental consultants for water quality, water flow, bathymetry, water turbidity studies, soil and rock chemistry, local and regional flora and fauna studies. Work programs will be developed in detail with the chosen contractors. Studies will be carried out under the management of TerraX Minerals Inc. TerraX has developed a Forward Looking Engagement Plan (FLEP) for the City of Yellowknife Project. This will form the basis of communications of the studies. TerraX has committed in its land use permit (MV2014C0005) to carry our community meetings with all stakeholders prior to any activity, during studies, and with results and future work programs after study campaigns. Information will also be posted on TerraX's website at www.terraxminerals.com. TerraX has also committed to arranging access to the site of work for local community members. The fieldwork for this study will be conducted from April 27, 2016 to December 31, 2016.
