Objective(s): To study the programming of the Inuit Broadcasting Corporation and Television Northern Canada; to assess the effectiveness of Inuit television in the transmission of Inuit language, values, and traditions;
Project Description: The researcher will study the programming of IBC and TVNC and spend time with some of the Inuit people of the North in order to assess the effectiveness of Inuit television in the transmission of Inuit language, values, and traditions.
