Objective(s): To investigate the social relations of children of three different age groups (4-5 years, 8-10 years and 11-13 years) across three different cultures: British, Canadian and Inuit.
Project Description: The research project concentrates on the non-verbal aspects of communication (facial expression, gestures, etc.) and aims to identify what role these factors may play in the friendship process using children from three different age groups and three different cultures.
