Objective(s): To collect broad whitefish samples from a number of lakes to determine the genetic stock structure of the population; to collect a larger sample of broad whitefish of mixed size classes to use for preliminary broad whitefish population dynamics analysis;
Project Description: This work is a continuation of a 3 year FJMC funded study to determine genetic stock and structure of the broad whitefish population utilized by communities of the Mackenzie River basin.
