Objective(s): To gain a broad understanding of the most "topical" issues which are affecting the N.W.T. in 1991;
Project Description: The Researcher will conduct a survey of newspapers and journals within the N.W.T. to gain a broad understanding of the most "topical" issues affecting the N.W.T. in 1991. The study will focus on socio-political, environmental and legal areas. A database containing the organizations and institutions involved in these issues will be established.
