Objective(s): to determine the recent history of deposition of atmospheric pollutants from the review of sediment cores taken from the lake bed of Lake Hazen
Project Description: Sediment samples from Hazen Lake will help scientist understand the global movement of airborn pollutants. In addition, various species of the Lake Hazen biomass will be collected and analyzed to determine if atmoshperic pollutants are present.
