Objectif(s): To document the level and range of community awareness and understanding of the project; to determine the effectiveness of the various approaches to community consultation which the Society has undertaken; to determine the extent of grassroots participation possible and/or desireable in the ongoing planning of the Centre; to develop a model for community consultation in practice, which will complement certain existing community development theories; to being the discussion around the Centre's exhibit and program design;

Description du projet: The Researcher, assisted by a local interpreter will interview individuals and small groups in the community about the Kingnait Cultural Society and its plans to construct a Cultural Centre in Cape Dorset.
