Objective(s): To determine and describe pollen assemblages of Tertiary strata in the Mackenzie Delta; to correlate pollen assemblages from outcrops and wells; to interpret paleoclimate and depositional environments;
Project Description: The Researcher and his assistant will collect rock samples for study of the fossil pollen to determine age, correlation with similar material from wells and to determine past climate and environments.
