Objectif(s): To investigate the origin of the Hudson Bay Arc; to evaluate the meteoritic origin of the Hudson Bay Arc; to determine the relationship between the Eskimo and Flaherty Volcanic rocks of the Belcher Islands and the Nastapoka volcanics which define the coastline of the Hudson Bay Arc;

Description du projet: The Researcher and his team will carry out fieldwork which includes geological mapping and the collection of approximately 200 fist-sized rock samples for chemical analysis at McGill University. This work is a part of a three year research project which is designed to evaluate the meteoritic origin of the Hudson Bay Arc.
