Objectif(s): to explain differences in the positions of aboriginal groups (Dene, Metis, Inuvialuit) in the Mackenzie Valley and Delta regarding possibilities for development of the area's petroleum resources.
Description du projet: Mr. Kary will conduct interviews with aboriginal leaders and the Government of the Northwest Territories in order to gather information regarding attitudes toward petroleum resource development.
