Objectif(s): To study snowmelt and runoff in order to get a better understanding of how the seasons and sunlight affect the arctic environment.

Description du projet: The researcher will be measuring various processes such as snowmelt, meltwater infiltration, refreezing of meltwater and heat conduction into the active layer in order to study their relationships to develop a model linking these processes.
