Objectif(s): To determine the extent of ice and the style of glaciation during the late-Quaternary in the Hazen Lake basin; to assess the paleoenvironmental conditions during full glacial and post-glacial times by collecting sediment cores across presumed ice limit boundaries and by mapping surficial deposits and landforms

Description du projet: Dr. Beaudet and two students are investigating where the glaciers where long ago. They will also be extracting cores of sediments to see how the climates and plants differed between then and after the glaciers melted.
