Objectif(s): To collect data, age, quality of residential houses in the community for an average of homes and appliances to map out upgrades and implement energy effiency plans for our homes.
Description du projet: This licence has been issued for the scientific research application No. 5663. To collect data, age, quality of residential houses in the community for an average of homes and appliances to map out upgrades and implement energy effiency plans for our homes. A survey collecting various information about quality of materials in the home both interior and exterior. A 5 page paper survey to be carried out, trained and analyzed locally. The Surveyors will report to the Energy Coordinator - Grace Nakimayak, whom will report back to the Paulatuk Energy Working Group. The Paulatuk Energy Working Group has representatives from the Hamlet of Paulatuk Council, Paulatuk Hunters and Trappers Committee, Paulatuk Community Corporation and the Elder's Committee - who report back to the their organizations. The fieldwork for this study will be conducted from: June 23 - December 31, 2023
