Objectif(s): To Identify and document actual and potential environmental liabilities that may have resulted from existing and previous land uses on and adjacent to the subject properties; and identify any present environmental and physical conditions or practices that may represent materially significant environmental risks or liabilities.
Description du projet: The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is a "non-intrusive" assessment, means no borehole or test pit will be drilled on the site and no water or soil samples will be collected or laboratory analyses. The majority of the work focus on desktop studies, by reviewing previous drilling reports, geological investigation reports, environmental assessment reports, claim reports, information at the governmental websites and databases. Site visits (one day per site) will be conducted to confirm the desktop study findings. EBA's field staff will charter an aircraft to the mine sites, and visually observe any obvious signs of contamination at the previous camp, storage, milling, and exploration locations. No samples will be collected. The fieldwork for this study will be conducted from September 1, 2009 to October 31, 2009.
