Objectif(s): In spring, the flooding Mackenzie River influences many delta lakes. A central component of this discharge is the vast quantity of organic matter that has an influence on the physical, chemical and biological characteristics of the water body. The aim of this research is to define the influence of the Mackenzie Delta floods on the biological processes and patterns that persist in these shallow water ecosystems.
