Objectif(s): The objective of the fieldwork is to further assess the non-renewable resource potential (NRA) of the area as a follow-up to the completed Phase 1 NRA which was based upon the review of existing data. This assessment is being carried out as part of the Northwest Territories Protected Areas Strategy. The collection of physical samples (rock and stream sediments) will provide a more accurate assessment and also serve as a check on previous work.
