Objectif(s): To speak to knowledgeable people, to collect information on the stated and actual roles and responsibilities of district education authorities. To determine the degree to which the district education authorities were organized to manage education at the local level. To compare the extent of agreement between the director, the chairperson and a district member on the roles and responsibilities of the district education authority.
Description du projet: The study will follow an ethnographic or qualitative approach. An attempt will be made to interview a total of 100 people representing influential people in the communities.
