Objectif(s): To evaluate three types and combinations of "topdressing" material as plant growth material. To evaluate various seed mixes andfertilizer applications to determine establishment and survivability. To investigate shrub transplants and direct replacement of tussock tundra. To evaluate the implementation of various landscape features for wildlife habitats.
Description du projet: The information from this project will be used for fututre reclamation planning. This is the intitial phase of a long term study for BHP. The study will be designed for statistical validation. The study area will be monitored and the data will be summarized in an annual report.
