Objectif(s): To explore implementation issues and identify suitable case studies from the public record of the Environmental Impact Review Board (EIRB); and to identify principals and organizational design criteria for the sucessful implementation of the environmental assessment provisions of comprehensive land claim settlements.

Description du projet: The research will consist of the examination of files, minutes and other public records of the Environmental Impact Review Board formed under the Inuvialuit Final Agreement. These records are kept in Inuvik, NWT. The objective of this study is to identify principals and organizational design criteria for the sucessful implementation of the environmental assessment provisions of comprehensive land claim settlements.
