Objectif(s): To understand coastal processes and predict the effects of changing climate on the Canadian Beaufort Sea coast.

Description du projet: The Coastal Impacts program in the Beaufort Sea has two complementary objectives: to improve our understanding of coastal processes and to develop methods for prediction of coastal impacts of changing climate. This will be met by using a combination of air photographic analysis, field surveys and numerical model development. Field work will focus on the delta front processes and the Kugmallit Bay storm impacts.
