Objectif(s): To assess the effectiveness of the Baffin Regional Health Board as a new institution of public participation in public service management in the NWT; to conduct an appraisal of the managerial autonomy of the Board.
Description du projet: The researcher will conduct interviews with Board Trustees, the Chair and the Chief Executive Officer of the Baffin Regional Health Board regarding the frequency and nature of their interactions with administrative staff, and Board involvement in the management of health services in the region. The study is designed to assess the effectiveness of the Board as a new institution of public participation in public service management in the NWT.
