Objectif(s): To examine the social, economic and management issues regarding tourist-related activities associated with Auyuittuq National Park Reserve; to provide information that will assist in managing the increasing use and developments of the Park.

Description du projet: The researchers will visit Pangnirtung, Broughton Island and Iqaluit to consult with interested parties (including Park officials, tourists and boat operators) on the social, economic and management issues that are associated with Auyuittuq National Park. The focus of the study is examining the accessibility of this park to increasing numbers of visitors and how improvements can be made to making the parks more accessible.
