Objectif(s): To assess potential harvest rates of amphipods using transect analysis.
Description du projet: Tests will conducted using baited traps (5 gallon containers with a cone at the top). Sampling will be conducted over a five day period at a rate of one transect per day. Traps will be an equal distance apart, starting from the shoreline. Depth measurement will be taken and locations of sampling will be noted using a Global Positioning System. Catches will be recorded at each location in kilograms.
