Objectif(s): To measure channel bathymetry of various channel reaches throughout the Mackenzie River Delta for use in the NOGAP One-Dimensional hydrodynamic model of the Mackenzie Delta.
Description du projet: The research will involve travelling from the upper delta in the Peel and Esau Channel area to the lower Mackenzie Delta in the Taglu and Niglintgak area. The cross-section depth of various channels will be measured using a depth-sounder measuring device affixed to the stern of the boat.
