Objectif(s): To test the usefulness of repertory-grid technique for gaining an understanding of how people of different cultures think about natural and semi-natural landscapes; to gather data to make cross-cultural comparisons of how people of different cultures think about natural and semi-natural landscapes; to study the goals of the people of Clyde River in initiating and pursuing a proposal to have Isabella Bay declared a Man and Biosphere reserve;

Description du projet: The researcher will test the usefulness of the repertory- grid technique for gaining an understanding of how people of different cultures think about natural and semi-natural landscapes, and will gather data to make cross-cultural comparisons of how people of different cultures think about natural and semi-natural landscapes. He will also study the initiation and pursuance of a proposal to have Isabella Bay declared a reserve by Man and Biosphere.
