Objectif(s): To identify the factors influencing historical and temporal changes that occur in the styles and decoration of shamanic dress used in Sanikiluaq; sociological, psychological, historical, religious and political factors that influence dress will be analyzed;

Description du projet: The purpose of this study is to analyze the historical and contemporary factors that influence clothing and adornment used by Belcher Island shamans in the practice of their traditional beliefs. The objective is to identify temporal (time) variations and determine factors influencing changes in clothing style and decoration.
